Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menyelidiki peran Trait Approach dalam kepemimpinan penerbangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sifat kepribadian termasuk ketegasan, empati, integritas, stabilitas emosional, dan mindfulness memiliki dampak besar terhadap keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan manajemen stres, pengambilan keputusan, dan keselamatan pesawat. Selain itu, karakteristik ini membantu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan efisien sekaligus meningkatkan kolaborasi dan komunikasi antar awak pesawat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk program pelatihan dan pengembangan kepemimpinan penerbangan, menekankan perlunya mengembangkan kualitas kepribadian positif untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kinerja operasional secara keseluruhan.
