Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak kepemimpinan paternalistik terhadap kinerja dan kesejahteraan pemandu lalu lintas udara (ATC) menggunakan metode systematic literature review. Analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan paternalistik mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan harmonis, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan serta kinerja pemandu lalu lintas udara. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan kepemimpinan yang menggabungkan otoritarianisme dengan perhatian personal dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional di sektor pemanduan lalu lintas udara. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian lanjutan mencakup studi lebih mendalam tentang dampak kepemimpinan ini dalam berbagai konteks budaya dan organisasi.
